This 60 minute class is designed to maximize your body's fat burning potential. 30 minutes cardio blasts the calories immediately and then you head into the yoga room for 30 minutes of an amazing combination of sculpt, HIIT, yoga and barre, to keep you torching calories for long after the workout is over. That, in combination with the reduction of cortisol (a hormone that stores belly fat) due to the infrared panels and the soothing yoga, will help you on your way to being in the best shape of your life.
