Hosted by DISQO
Most software startups start with a single monolithic codebase. This approach is well in line with The Lean Startup methodology, but as the company finds product/market fit and begins to scale, the monolith becomes problematic. Often times organizations explore Microservices Architecture as a solution to the issues and undertake a move to microservices without a clear expression of the intended outcomes. Is “micro” measured in lines of code? Why are many services easier to wrangle than a monolith? What benefit does loose coupling afford us?
Join us at DISQO Headquarters as DISQO industry veterans talk about not just the architecture and methods used to build microservices -- but also the value we hope to create while doing so.
The format will be a presentation followed by a roundtable style Q&A session.
Speakers:
Marc Bittner, Director of Platform Engineering
Marc will be joined by the DISQO Engineering & Product leadership for the Roundtable Q&A session
