Talent Acquisition Partner at Riviera Partners

George Kaszacs brings over twenty years of experience building executive teams for fast-growth technology companies, at varying stages, from venture backed, private equity, to public companies.

In his role at Riviera Partners, George’s primary focus is to help startups formulate a winning strategy to acquire the best technical talent in the market.  His concentrations include VP and C-level roles within Software Engineering, Product Management, and Design disciplines.

His clients include Hulu, OpenX, Age of Learning, LegalZoom, Lynda.com (now LinkedIn), Acorns, StitchFix (IPO), DocuSign (IPO), DoorDash, Postmates, Lookout, Auth0, SquareTrade (now Allstate), Loggly (now SolarWinds), J2 Global, and Omaze.

George’s contributions include deepening Riviera’s foothold within the Southern California market, establishing Riviera’s Director-level practice to meet the market demand for up-and-coming leadership talent, and expanding Riviera’s executive recruiting capabilities internationally.  Key placements have enabled numerous startups to realize successful exits/IPOs. 

His mission is to partner with clients to define each unique profile, create hiring strategies and processes to ensure the best talent is acquired, and to help clients reach the right hiring outcome so that company growth objectives may be achieved.

Prior to joining Riviera Partners, George was a Senior Managing Director at The Culver Group, a national search firm specializing in sales and marketing disciplines for both private and public companies. 

George is a California native and is married with twins.  He enjoys fishing, skiing, scuba diving, and real estate investment. He volunteers in board leadership roles at multiple non-profits and is an alumnus of the University of California, Irvine.
