Zarik Megerdichian

Founder of HyeRise Investments

Zarik is the founder of HyeRise Investments, a venture capital company consisting of seasoned entrepreneurs and executives who invest in promising tech startups. 

Zarik’s entrepreneurial spirit blossomed in 1991 when he immigrated to the United States and started his first business. After years of hard work and determination, he built his own startup, 4over.com, from the ground up — taking risks under the core belief that “Nothing is Impossible.”

Headquartered in Glendale, CA, 4over would grow to be the largest wholesale print provider in North America with over 1600 employees throughout ten locations. Under Zarik’s leadership, 4over would change the face of online printing. 

In 2019, Zarik retired from 4over to start a different career path — supporting and mentoring new tech startups. He founded HyeRise Investments and partnered with SmartGateVC to establish Glendale’s first tech accelerator.

When he’s not discovering the next tech giant or spending time with his family, Zarik loves pursuing his passion for cybersecurity. He has filed a patent and is currently in the process of creating a decentralized digital identity and cybersecurity system.
