Rajnish Puri focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, joint ventures, private placements of equity and debt securities, and other business transactions, with an emphasis in private, middle market, and emerging growth companies. Mr. Puri also advises companies on corporate governance, executive employment, and shareholder matters. His clients include corporations, partnerships, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, bio-agriculture, digital media, entertainment, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and wealth management industries. Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. Puri practiced at an international law firm and a domestic firm as a corporate finance attorney.
